Vacant Property Inspections

 A vacant or void property inspection (VPI) is conducted on an empty property for safety, compliance, and building integrity to ensure the property remains safe, secure and is maintained to a high standard.  Most insurance companies require vacant properties to be visited either once a week or fortnightly to check that the property remains secure. Vacant property inspections help ensure that any security/maintenance and property management issues are dealt with promptly.
