Our systems utilise UHD (Ultra High Definition) cameras with built-in video analytics which can detect moving humans and vehicles within a virtual perimeter/region set. Upon activation, the event and live video is delivered directly to our 24 hour control room, where SIA licenced camera operators can analyse the threat to site and act accordingly, such as send our in-house rapid security and police response. Fortress Protection can offer systems with remotely operated horn speakers which allows our operators to speak to the site in real time and warn off the trespassers.

Generally, 95% of incidents can potentially be averted as a result of audio warnings.
Audio warnings make security a preventative solution. Without audio warnings, CCTV footage would simply be recorded and reviewed retrospectively – after the damage has been caused.
Security operators will issue an audio warning rapidly and are trained to react quickly, according to a response agreement.
Audio warnings will deter intruders from a site by making them aware that they have been spotted and that the CCTV footage could be used in evidence. They will be further warned that the police will be notified if the situation escalates. As a result, thousands of pounds could potentially be saved, which could have been lost due to damage and theft.
